We respect your privacy. Under normal circumstances, we will not sell, rent, or give any of your identifiable personal information to any third party. The exception to this is that if a third party should credibly allege that you have violated their Intellectual Property Rights we may share your information with them. We also will comply with all legally mandated disclosures of information, including criminal investigations.

This is a summary of relevant policies when using our service to distribute your work and purchasing products through our website. This page is for reference only, and all the terms and conditions of the Amazon Media on Demand Terms and Conditions take precedence over the information provided here. For specific details on the rights and responsibilities of Amazon Media on Demand and our participants, please see the Amazon Media on Demand Terms and Conditions.
We monitor accounts for fraudulent activity. Accounts may be suspended or terminated if fraudulent activity has been reported or identified.
Amazon Media on Demand does not allow listings that violate the intellectual property rights of brands or other rights owners. We require that all our participants possess the necessary rights to sell and distribute their material through our service, and we expressly prohibit them from using our service to offer content that infringes anyone's intellectual property rights, especially copyright. You should consult a lawyer if you have a specific question about your intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.
Our service is designed to prohibit participants from offering content to which they do not own rights. If you believe that a violation of your intellectual property rights has occurred, please refer to the Amazon.com Copyright Infringement Guidelines.
Please refer to our Content Guidelines for further details on content that is acceptable for our services.
Our program allows the selling of content that is in the public domain. However, we may ask you to provide proof that the content you submitted is in the public domain. We may refuse public domain content that's already available through our program or other retail sites.
If we can process your content and identical or similar content is available on Amazon.com, your detail page may be linked with existing titles onto one detail page. Your product will have an individual detail page; however, this detail page may not show in search results. Instead search results may return the single detail page with all titles of the same content.
We only accept digital uploads as source material. We do not accept physical source material.
You may not include "Published by Amazon Media on Demand," "Amazon Media on Demand Publishing," or other references to Amazon Media on Demand or those companies that we use for distribution within your CD, DVD, Blu-ray, or other products files.
While we appreciate any interest you may have in using our logo, we do not provide our logo for participant or customer use.
If you choose to sell your title on Amazon.com, your product's detail page is built in stages over the course of 10 business days after you approve your title in your account. If you make your title permanently unavailable for purchase, we will stop manufacturing new copies of your title, but your listing on Amazon.com may persist. We're unable to update information on Amazon.com for these unavailable titles.
