You will need to provide a minimum of 3 files for your DVD:

• Cover image
  Your cover image appears on the outside of the Amaray case. You must ensure you have all rights necessary for the content of your cover image.


• Disc face image (one per disc)
  Your disc face image goes on the discs. If you have multiple discs, please prepare each disc face image separately. A small barcode is added to the bottom of your disc artwork. This barcode is required for quality control purposes.


• Video file (one per disc)
  Your video file contains the contents of the disc.

The DVD artwork consists of the Full Wrap Artwork and the Disc Face Image. The Full Wrap Artwork includes is a single file that includes the front cover, spine and back cover of the DVD. Review the CD/DVD Artwork Quality Standards before proceeding with your artwork.

Additional requirements:

Do not include a UPC barcode on the disc face image(s); a UPC barcode is added automatically during the manufacturing process. The UPC barcode area is the yellow box on the DVD templates. Please leave this area free of important text or graphics. Do not create a white box, leave an existing barcode, or include your own barcode in this area.

Recommended bitrate:

• 5.1: Bitrate of 448 Kbps, Sample Rate of 48 kHz
• Stereo: Bitrate of 192 Kbps, Sample Rate of 48 kHz

Additional requirements:

• Video source files must not contain watermarks, bars and tone, test patterns, production slates, textless material, or any other non-program content.
• Video source files must be a single, authored ISO.
• Video source files must be unencrypted.
• Video source files must contain only AUDIO_TS and VIDEO_TS folders in the root directory.
• We do not support inclusion of data or executable files on a DVD.
