My Account Overview
My Account is where you can manage your profile information, payment and banking information, tax information, and users and roles.
- Go to Amazon Media on Demand.
- On the top right of the window, click your account name, and then click My Account. It will open to the Payee Setup section.
We electronically pay royalties to the bank account information you provide. Customers pay in their local currencies, but we pay your royalties in the default currency of your bank account’s location. For example, if your bank account is in Japan, and a customer in the United States purchases one of your titles, the customer’s U.S. Dollars payment is deposited as Yen in your Japanese bank account.
If you want to receive payment in other currencies, multiple bank and account options are available. When converting local royalty earnings to a different currency for an EFT payment, the amount to be paid after conversion must meet the minimum amount your indicated bank will allow us to send. This amount varies by institution and location. However, once the minimum amount is reached, you will be paid electronically for the full amount accrued.
Important: You can add titles after creating your account, but payment and banking information must be completed before titles are published.

Before selling your titles and receiving payments, tax information must be provided to comply with U.S. tax regulations.
